Our Vision

Personal injuries are often traumatic experiences that can have life-long effects. If you were harmed because of someone else’s action or inaction, you deserve help with medical expenses and any other services that will benefit your recovery. It's almost impossible to fight this battle in court alone, but a skilled personal injury lawyer can help. In personal injury law, premise and product liability cases deal with incidents that are caused by an unsafe or defective product or condition on someone's property. Like many personal injury cases, these liability cases are based on negligence. All property owners have obligations under local, state, and federal law so if you were harmed due to this you have the right to sue. At Page & Nguyen, we are here to guide you through the court system and help you develop a case that will demand everything you are owed from those responsible.

Insurance companies are in the driver’s seat when it comes to settling a claim. They have greater expertise, negotiating strength, and financial resources than the policyholder. Recognizing this, most courts find an obligation of good faith and fair dealing in every insurance policy.

If your insurance company fails to act reasonably in processing, investigating or paying your claim, you may have the right to file a lawsuit. State law shapes how bad faith in the insurance context is defined. A claim may proceed under common law established by courts, or you may have a claim based on the violation of a state statute. To better understand this legal claim, let’s take a close look if you feel your case was mishandled.

Page & Nguyen is committed to protecting your rights and ensuring that you are paid generously for your rights being violated. We use legal techniques that we know work inside and outside of a courtroom. By fighting aggressively and with the backing of many professionals, we have put a lot of money into our client’s hands. Take action today and hire the most reliable legal representation by calling Page & Nguyen for a free case consultation. Best of all, we work on a contingency fee, meaning you don’t pay unless we win your case. What are you waiting for? Call now!

Tracy Nguyen

Attorney

Tracy was born and raised in Orange County, California. In 2009, Tracy graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a double bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Asian-American Studies; she then went on to graduate from Whittier Law School in 2013. Before co-founding Page & Nguyen, APC, Tracy was the Vice President of Operations for a manufacturing company for eight years. During this time, Tracy operated and programmed lathe and mill machines. But, to her, nothing is better than running a part on a manual lathe machine! Her experience operating and programming CNC machines opened her eyes to the dangers and safety concerns in that industry, thus making her knowledgeable in the nuisances of workers’ compensation and personal injury. When she’s not fighting for employee rights, Tracy volunteers as legal counsel for Project Vietnam foundation—a charity that provides medical assistance to Vietnam and the Vietnamese and other minority communities in Southern California. Aside from her role as legal counsel, Tracy actively participates in organizing events and serves as Board of Directors member for PVNF. She is an active member of PVNF and holds this charity close to her life. Outside of her professional and philanthropic lives, Tracy is a major animal lover. There’s nothing she enjoys more than spending quality time with her nine-year old mini-Dachshund, Suey.
